Enter the newest craze: casual cardio. Texas-based fitness phenomenon Hope Zuckerbrow shared her unique exercise method TikTok accountIt has since garnered over 30 million likes.
What makes it “casual” cardio? Zuckerbrow uses a walking mat for half an hour a day in her living room, wears her pajamas and fuzzy bathrobes, and even watches TV by candlelight. He also sips protein coffee while walking. It definitely feels comfortable! Maybe even possible after the kids go to bed or before they get up in the morning.

The influencer had previously shared in her videos that she lost 100 kilos, but gained half of it back, thanks to a strict fitness regime. He vowed to stick to the relaxed method of cardio that now feels more sustainable.
“I realized I needed to heal my relationship with exercise,” Zuckerbrow says. “Exercise wasn’t fun anymore, and I was only moving out to lose weight, not to feel good or be healthy. I wanted to spark joy when it comes to movement.
