A new block of free health dance and stretching sessions for children will also launch in March.
Free sessions are also still available specifically for people who feel the need to lose weight.
Sessions were offered in Chatteris, March, Whittlesey and Wisbech.
The sessions are offered through Fenland District Council’s Active Fenland, which also offers classes for older people who want to improve their mobility.
They also run long-running low-cost sports and fitness sessions across the region.
Cllr Alex Miscandlon, Fenland’s portfolio holder for sport development and leisure, said: “It’s a huge opportunity for our communities to have access to so many free and very low cost fitness and activity opportunities.
“We are happy to continually add new options and encourage people to sign up quickly to avoid missing out.”
Free family skating
Free two-hour skating sessions for families are available on Thursdays from 2 November to 14 December at 3.45pm – 5.45pm at Skaters, Mill Road, Wisbech, PE14 7QJ.

Free wellness dance and stretching sessions
Spaces are still available for free ‘Health Dance and Stretch’ sessions at Neale Wade Sports Centre, Wimblington Road, March, PE15 9PX – fun dance and wellness stretches for beginners, Wednesdays, 6pm – 6.45pm, ages eight to 12 For children between. .

Free wellness stretching and breathing sessions
Free ‘stretching and breathing’ classes begin at Chatteris, suitable for all abilities, with exercises that can be done in a chair or on the floor, to help relax and relieve tension.
Sessions will take place on Thursdays from 12.45pm to 1.45pm from 23 November to 21 December at the King Edward Centre, King Edward Road, Chatteris.

Low-cost sessions for people of all ages, including seniors with balance problems
Low-cost pre-mobility sessions for people who find they feel less stable on their feet later in life, have balance problems or are concerned about falling are coming to Manor Leisure Centre, Station Road, Whittlesey, from Tuesday, November. 14.
Details on how to book these lessons will be confirmed soon. These lessons, costing £3 per session, are also available at other venues in the Fenland.
There are also ‘forever fit’ mixed activity sessions for all over 16s, including low-cost badminton, walking football, yoga for all abilities and next-generation curling in a social group, table tennis, badminton, mini tennis and more.
Free lessons for those who think they are overweight
Sloppy football takes place at the Thomas Clarkson Academy, Corporation Road, Wisbech, PE13 2SE, from 6pm to 7pm, Thursday to Thursday 7 December.
First Step Fitness – circuits for beginners

Free wellness walks and park runs
Join a freerun, parkrun or wellness walk in your area, or even volunteer and help run one of the events.
Fenland parkrun locations include the Wisbech run, which starts at 9am at Wisbech Park on Saturdays, West End Park in March and Manor Field in Whittlesey.
