Aster Hospitals, Clinics and Pharmacies are proud to announce their continued support as the official Healthcare Partner for the highly anticipated seventh edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC). This collaboration marks the fourth year in a row that Aster DM Healthcare has joined forces with DFC to encourage the community to adopt a healthier, more active lifestyle by exercising for 30 minutes over 30 days.
In support of the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, to transform Dubai into one of the world’s most active cities, the month-long initiative will also see Aster. Employees participate in various activities within the scope of the Aster Wellbeing Initiative, which currently operates in seven countries.
Speaking about the ongoing partnership, Ms. Alisha Moopen, Deputy General Manager, Aster DM Healthcare, said: “At Aster, we have always believed that good health and a healthy lifestyle are the cornerstone of happiness and progress for people and society. As an organization, our efforts have always been directed towards ensuring the health and well-being of society and our own Asterians in all seven countries in which we operate. Over the years, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has emerged as an annual initiative that transforms residents’ lives for 30 days and sparks a fitness and wellness journey for most residents. “It has been a privilege for us to stand alongside Sheikh Hamdan’s vision of making the lives of Dubai residents healthier and happier.”
