Tipping Point presenter brings the FORTIS Championship to Fareham Entertainment Centre.
Freestyle competition forces teams to sweat, squat and lunge in a HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training – class like no other.
The winners will be named the ultimate FORTIS champions and will meet Ben Shephard in the final at Harrow Lodge Leisure Center on 25 November.
Fareham Leisure Center general manager Ryan Grant said: “We were delighted to see so many people attend the FORTIS Championship last year.
“As we enter this event this year, we hope more people from the local area will join us and enjoy the inclusive, fun and accessible exercise challenge as it is a great community to be a part of.”

The championships were determined based on the popularity of FORTIS, powered by Speedflex classes that have been running at the leisure center since 2021.
Fareham residents are being encouraged to take part in the accessible exercise challenge, with Ben Shephard himself crowning the bid at the final in November.
Speaking about the competition, Ben said: “Last year we ran the first FORTIS Championship with incredible success, so we’re really excited that it’s going to be held again for a second year and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to the classrooms.
“I can’t wait to see who steps up to the FORTIS Championship and I wish all competitors good luck.”
The competition will kick off on 30 October with special edition Challenge Lessons taking place weekly at Fareham Leisure Centre.
