Luxury bathroom hero: soapman
Soapsmith’s incredible products are made in Walthamstow, East London, and each product is named after an area in the capital, including Bloomsbury, Brick Lane and Lavender Hill.
The collection includes bath liquids, shower gel, body lotion and hand cream, and each of them is a pleasant product to use with a scent that lasts all day long.
A blend of bath salts (you sprinkle it in the tub) and bath milk (super nourishing and moisturizing), the combination of coconut milk powder, Dead Sea salt, Epsom salts, oat powder, and cocoa butter leaves the bath with a delicate, soothing scent. After your bath, you stay in the bath for hours and your skin feels baby soft. – Melanie Macleod, Health Editor

Sound Skin Care: No7 Beauty
Launched in 1935, No7 was the first British brand to introduce luxury beauty to the masses, and I admire their passion for empowering women with positive anti-aging and menopause campaigns.
I’ve been a big fan since I tried the waitlist-worthy Protect and Perfect Serum in 2007. Its revolutionary results sparked outrage, with the BBC documentary boasting that Horizon was the only product on the market proven to be obsolete. reverses the effects.
By the way, their makeup is also great; especially their lipsticks and foundations!
Our choice: Serum to Reverse Future Damage£38.65
This serum, which was 15 years in the making and in collaboration with the University of Manchester, was launched with claims that it would help reverse the signs of aging with daily use. And just like its predecessors, this beautifully textured serum really does what it says it will. I use it day and night and my skin feels beautiful and gives an instant glow! Moreover, it is well below the price of its competitors! – Donna Francis, Contributing Editor
Trusted nail brand: Barry M
While I’m partial to getting gel nails for special occasions like weddings or holidays, most of the time I’m a DIY kind of girl and my brand of choice is always Barry M.
Aside from the fact that they have every color to choose under the sun and that not every polish costs the earth, the most important thing to me is impeccable quality. I can always rely on their polishes for a chip-free finish and I often get compliments on my heels.
The key to a professional-looking manicure at home is not to cut corners. I always apply a base coat and top coat because this ensures it looks neat and lasts as long as possible. This all-in-one wonder is my only option for achieving a high-shine, durable finish. -Rachel Avery, Homes Editor
Makeup monster: Live
Vieve was created by makeup artist and content creator Jamie Genevieve, but far from an influencer’s half-baked business idea, Vieve is up there with the crème de la crème of makeup brands.
Everything I’ve tried from the brand so far has been amazing, with serious staying power and impressive pigmentation. You can tell that serious attention is paid to each formula and the makeup artist’s touch is felt in every element, from the shades to the packaging.
Vieve’s powder blushes were created to show off how you look after a day at the beach, without the sun damage.
This coral shade offers a warm hue that brightens up my skin, making me feel like I’m on the Amalfi Coast. – Melanie Macleod, Health Editor

As someone who can’t tan naturally, my makeup routine wouldn’t be complete without plenty of bronzer. I especially love Charlotte’s powder bronzer because it’s smooth, shimmery (without sparkle), and easy to build for a gorgeous, sculpted look. – Phoebe Tatham, content writer
Voted the World’s Best Aromatherapy Brand in 2023, Aromatherapy Associates was founded 30 years ago by former massage therapists Geraldine Howard and Sue Beechey, who fell in love with the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy.
Today, the brand can be discovered in the world’s most luxurious hotels and spas, as well as in bathrooms all over the country. The range consists of dreamy body, skin, home and hair products blended with feel-good oils and produced in London laboratories.
When I need a little TLC, I reach for this spicy and warm blend of rosemary, frankincense, and clary sage. I love massaging it into my skin before jumping into a hot shower, when the scent surrounds me like a comfortable, reassuring embrace. – Donna Francis, Contributing Editor
