When Sephora opened in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush earlier this year, there was a huge collective gasp (the beauty store hadn’t been seen in these parts since 2005!) followed by a rush to the opening day queue.
Those invested in make-up will tell you that the French store is one of the best palaces in town for a tram, and after being away from the British Isles for 17 years, Sephora is now opening a second location in London.

This will be their second UK makeover mansion since their big return and it’s clear they’re big fans of a department store. sophomore Sephora site will be at Westfield Stratford next month.
If you’re passing through the shopping paradise of East London 15 November and when you see a queue going around a few corners, don’t question it. Sephora is to blame.
What can we expect from the new Sephora store?

Just as Shepherd Bush police station, pampering heaven will be filled with all the beauty products you could want and more. The new Stratford store features 125 different brands, from skin care to make-up, perfume, make-up and hair products.
Stratford’s, which continues from its West London branch Sephora It will feature a ‘Big Beauty Center’ where you can sit down with professionals to touch up your make-up, a new hairstyle or skin care.
Speaking at the launch, Sephora Chief Executive Sarah Boyd said: “We are so grateful for the reception we have received from our fans across the UK. We have been blown away by their response to our White City opening and have far exceeded our expectations.”
You wait 17 years with only the small convenience of online shopping options to keep your sorrows at bay, then suddenly there are two real Sephora destinations to browse. We can easily say that we all need to put on a lot of make-up in the face of this news.
