These products enrich the soil through a natural source of nitrogen while limiting soil functioning. In alcohol production, a low-carbon fermentation technique is used, which emits 3 times less CO2 than traditional processes. This makes it possible to produce 25% vegan plant protein for human food and 65% neutral alcohol that can be used in perfumery. |
