The Fashion Green Hub association has announced the preliminary program of Fashion Green Days, a forum dedicated to circularity in fashion. The event, which is already established in cities such as Roubaix or Lyon, will be held in Nantes for the first time on 16 and 17 November.
Fashion Green Days will take place at 5 Allée Frida Kahlo in Île de Nantes. At the event, clothing companies and fashion designers will be able to discuss the theme of this edition: “Recreating fashion”.
The first day of the forum, November 16, will open with the first conference at 09.45. At the event titled “Contribution to local entrepreneurs”, Nicolas Rohr, co-founder of Eram clothing group, ready-made clothing and shoe brand Faguo; Sophie Pineau, president of textile manufacturer Getex, and Kevin Gougeon, co-founder of N’GO shoes.
On the same day, Camille Brun-Jeckel, founder of children’s brand Second Sew, ready-to-wear brand Ikks and giant Auchan will question the revaluation of textiles and issues linked to second-hand and upcycling. The conference is planned to be held at 14.30. The day will end with a walk and after-work ceremony at 18.30.
The second day will also offer a series of lectures and workshops, including a discussion on repair in fashion at 14.30. Refashion and Les Réparables, the eco-organization of the textile industry consisting of clothing, home textiles and shoes, will take part in this conference. , a workshop specializing in clothing repair.
