About the Program
The 2023-4 edition of the program will be held at The Estée Lauder Companies’ global headquarters in New York City. Participants will participate in readings, workshops, networking events, and opportunities to redefine growth mindsets.
As part of the collaboration, Natale will meet with the program’s participants for multiple personal training sessions featuring his proprietary leadership development frameworks PIONEERS and The Virtious Circle.
