FounderSix, the beauty brand incubator behind YouTuber Allie Glines’ Ravie Beauty, has raised $12 million in funding.
The investment comes from KD Capital, a venture capital firm known for backing startups like OKCupid and Shoprunner.
FounderSix said it will use the funds to bring new influencer-led beauty brands to market.
Founded in 2020 by Oli Goulden and Pieter Wittgen, the company has also supported Ravie Beauty, as well as influencer Lauren Perez’s hair care brand Anablue; and Ary World, a makeup line from TikTok star Alex Renee.
“Our investment in FounderSix is a testament to our confidence in Oli and Pieter’s leadership,” said Lewis Cheng, Managing Partner of KD Capital.
“His guiding principles of investing in people, not just ideas, resonate deeply with us.
“They both have a fantastic ability to create exciting new brands from scratch, and their proven track record makes us very excited to support their vision for the future.”
