Aptar continues its work to meet the new expectations of brands and consumers regarding luxury beauty packaging.
Among the new products presented by Aptar Beauty in the last edition of the Luxe Pack fashion show: NeoDrooperDesigned to improve the dropper experience. This series actually guarantees clean and precise application down to the last drop, thanks to its shorter applicator.
Manufactured by Aptar at its facility in Suzhou, China, these new droppers are offered in two versions:
NeoDrooper Classic with conventional spout for on-demand dosing
and NeoDropper Autoload with automatic push button allows reloading of a precise, predetermined dose simultaneously with opening.
Both the Classic and Auto-Load versions feature a short applicator and anti-spill technology that helps prevent wastage of formula.
100% PE airless
On the airless side, Aptar has introduced a single-material version of its airless bestseller Micro 30 ml. Made entirely of polyethylene (PE), Mono Microphone therefore it can be easily recycled. To make the transition through recycling centers even easier, Aptar has partnered with Autajon Label to create a 100% PE label. The Mono series will be expanded with 50 ml and 75 ml single-ingredient versions of Mezzo in 2024.
Large format recyclable airless
Always with the goal of expanding its range of sustainable airless solutions, Aptar Beauty began its rollout in collaboration with Pinard Beauty Pack. Airless PET of the Futurea large format airless package that is both fully recyclable and e-commerce compatible.
It is a combination of the Future PE pump launched by Aptar in 2021 and Pinard’s patented PET airless bottle, ensuring full recyclability of the package. Everything also complies with the ISTA-6 standard, which ensures Amazon’s compatibility with e-commerce.
Transparent PET gives the package a high-end look. Finally, this solution, which will be produced in the EMEA region and is planned to be launched in the second quarter of 2024, will also be offered for sale with a non-removable, tamper-resistant indicator.
