Aptar continues its work to meet the new expectations of brands and consumers regarding luxury beauty packaging.
Reinventing the dropper experience
Aptar Beauty’s key new launches in the latest edition of the Luxe Pack include NeoDropper Designed to improve the dripping experience of consumers, the product series guarantees clean and precise application down to the last drop, thanks to the shorter applicator.
Produced at Aptar’s Suzhou facility in China, the new droppers are available in two versions:
NeoDropper Classic, with ampoule, for optional dosing
and NeoDropper Autoload, a push-button device that automatically reloads a precise, preset dosage.
Both the Classic and Autoload feature a short applicator and spill-proof technology, ensuring no product is wasted.
100% PE airless solution
In the airless segment, Aptar introduced a single-material version of its airless bestseller, Micro 30 ml. Made entirely of polyethylene (PE), Mono Microphone can be easily recycled. For even better performance in recycling facilities, Aptar has partnered with Autajon Labels to create a seamlessly matching 100% PE label. The Mono series will be expanded with 50 ml and 75 ml single-ingredient versions of Mezzo in 2024.
Large size airless packaging solution
Additionally, to expand its range of sustainable airless solutions, Aptar Beauty has partnered with Pinard Beauty Pack. Airless PET of the FutureA large-format, airless packaging solution that is both fully recyclable and multi-channel.
Full recyclability is achieved through the combination of Aptar’s Future PE pump, launched in 2021, and Pinard’s patented airless PET bottle-in-bottle. The full suite also has e-commerce capability as it has passed Amazon ISTA-6 protocol.
Additionally, the use of transparent PET gives the package a completely premium look. This solution, which will be produced in the EMEA region and will be launched in the second quarter of 2024, will also be available with a non-detachable anti-tamper system.
